The project is a fixed-price engagement to migrate the existing virtual CommServe from a Windows 2012 VM to a physical server, update the environment to the current LTS version , and configure policies for LTO9 tape drive integration. This procurement also includes Commvault Premiere Support (CCID: A0598) for the period of 03/01/2026 to 02/28/2027. Please note that this scope is strictly for installation and maintenance services and excludes the purchase or renewal of software licenses (FA I). Proposals are due by May 19, 2026 , and will be evaluated based on price and technical merit, with particular weight given to the vendor's prior experience with Commvault migrations.
