Notes	Hausmann-Eriksen has been awarded the contract for Construction Manager at Risk for the Theresa Street Water Resource Recovery Facility Capacity Improvements project.  Cost will be a major factor in determining the awarded Contractor; however, the award may not go to the lowest cost bidder. The Ebid system is only serving as a bidding platform of this scope of work for the City of Lincoln on behalf of Hausmann-Eriksen.  The City is not responsible for this solicitation. The City is not a party to the contracts that may be established from this solicitation.
