Summary

The County of Greenville is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Parking Garage Management Services for the Heritage Green Parking Deck, located at 26 Heritage Green Place, Greenville, SC 29601.

The parking facility services the Greenville County Main Branch Library, the Greenville Little Theatre, the Greenville County Art Museum, and the Children’s Museum of the Upstate.

The County desires to enter into a one (1) year contract with the possibility of four (4) annual renewals.
