The awarded Standard Purchase Order will not be subject to a specific time term and/or renewal. Please see separate documents with each unit specifications. Equivalent make and models are not acceptable. Proposal must include warranty detail specifications and lead time to deliver each assembled unit. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
