Project Description: Toho Water Authority maintains a large inventory of assets across its facilities that require various types of lubricating oils, greases and related maintenance fluids to meet the specific design specifications of each asset, based on its application and operating conditions. The purpose of this solicitation is to identify qualified contractors to supply lubricants that comply with applicable ASTM testing standards and performance requirements.
