The scope alsoincludes associated site development, including driveways, walkways,and stormwater retention improvements.2.Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a single prime con-tract.1.05 PHASED CONSTRUCTIONThe Work shall be conducted in a single phase.A.Before commencing Work of each phase, submit an updated copy of Contractor'sconstruction schedule showing the sequence, commencement and completiondates for all phases of the Work.1.06 ACCESS TO SITEA.General: Each Contractor shall have limited use of Project site for constructionoperations as indicated on Drawings by the Contract limits and as indicated byrequirements of this Section.B.Use of Site: Limit use of Project site to areas within the Contract limits indicated.Do not disturb portions of Project site beyond areas in which the Work is indicat-ed.1.Limits: Confine construction operations to immediate area of work.2.Driveways, Walkways and Entrances: Keep driveways and entrancesserving premises clear and available to Owner, Owner's employees, andemergency vehicles at all times. Do not use these areas for parking orfor storage of materials.a)Schedule deliveries to minimize use of driveways and entrancesby construction operations.b)Schedule deliveries to minimize space and time requirements forstorage of materials and equipment on-site.C.Condition of Existing Building: Maintain portions of existing building affected byconstruction operations in a weathertight condition throughout construction peri-od.
