The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is soliciting qualification submittals from individual engineering sub-consultant designers interested in providing discipline-specific engineering design services to a pre-selected lead design team for the Fetzer Hall Addition and Renovation. The project will accommodate the programmatic needs of a new Carolina Student Recreation & Wellbeing Center. This solicitation is for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection, and structural and civil engineering teams for the project.

Current project authorization is for advance planning only.
