General Notice

The Erie County Department of Environment and Planning on behalf of Erie County Sewer District No. 1

(Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of ECSD No. 1 Contract No. 48 Seneca Creek Road

Sanitary Sewer Replacement.

Bids will be received by the Commissioner of the Erie County Department of Environment and Planning

located at 95 Franklin Street, Room 1034, Buffalo, New York, 14202, until Wednesday, January 21, 2026

at 10:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in Room

1004.

The Project includes installation of approximately 104 linear feet of PVC sanitary sewerlines (8-inch and

10-inch diameter) to replace an existing sanitary sewerline. This work shall be inclusive of 2 new

manholes, cleanouts, lateral and forcemain re-connections, abandonment of existing sewer, restoration

of pavement, curb, driveways, and lawn. Work shall include management of sanitary flows and

maintenance and protection of traffic, and all associated appurtenant Work.

downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders must register as a plan holder.

Attendance is encouraged at a pre-bid conference on Tuesday January 6th, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Erie

County Division of Sewerage Management Northern Region Office, 3789 Walden Ave, Lancaster NY

14086.
