Project Description: The City is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to operate on-airport vehicle rental concessions. The City intends to award up to five (5) agreements to the most responsive and responsible respondents, granting them the non-exclusive right to operate branded rental car concessions at the Airport from one or more of the five (5) in-terminal Concession Counters offered under this RFP.
