Description: The City of Independence, Kansas is seeking proposals from qualified firms for transportation and/or landfill disposal service including the financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of alternative processes for the municipal solid waste delivered to the landfill. Miscellaneous: Proposals must be submitted to the Independence City Clerk’s Office by 2 P.M. on Thursday, July 10th, 2025 at 120 North 6th Street in Independence, Kansas. Proposals should be sealed and plainly marked on the exterior to indicate that they are in response to this request. Emailed proposals will not be considered.
