Summary

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC or Commission) is soliciting proposals for qualified Sign and Kiosk manufacturers to provide services to include development, design, fabrication, and delivery of a comprehensive set of park trail system kiosks and other miscellaneous sign production and services.

Background

There are two Categories of Services (Category A and Category B) included in this RFP. Offeror(s) may provide proposals for one or more categories of services:

CATEGORY A: PARK AND TRAIL KIOSKS

CATEGORY B: GENERAL SIGNAGE

Pre-Proposal Meeting (Non-Mandatory):

August 11, 2025, 1:00pm

A virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on AUGUST 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM EST via Microsoft Teams. All interested offerors are strongly encouraged to carefully review the Solicitation Document and attend this meeting. Offerors must RSVP via OpenGov to receive a link to the pre-bid meeting before Friday, AUGUST 8, 2025, at 5:00 PM. The meeting link will be distributed to attendees on 8/11 prior to the meeting start time.
