To attend the meeting, follow the directions below. 3300 HONOAPIILANI HWY. LAHAINA, HI 96761-941; Visitors must marshal at the Operations Facility and sign in prior to the site walk, the site walk will begin at 10:10 a.m. HST. Bidders must be qualified in compliance with Section 103D-310 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. Attendance of the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting (October 3, 2025) and site walk (October 16, 2025).
