Master Services Agreement for Brisbane Shoreline Resilience Planning RFP
The San Mateo County Flood and Sea Level Rise Resiliency District, known as OneShoreline, is seeking proposals from a single qualified, multidisciplinary consulting team to provide professional services in support of two inter-related projects: the Brisbane Shoreline Resilience Plan and the Brisbane Living Shoreline Project.
The Brisbane Shoreline Resilience Plan is a subregional shoreline adaptation plan to be developed in accordance with the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) Regional Shoreline Adaptation Plan (RSAP) guidelines and will fulfill the Senate Bill 272 requirements for the City of Brisbane. The Brisbane Living Shoreline Project is a habitat restoration initiative focused on oyster and eelgrass restoration along the Brisbane shoreline; it will advance through planning and design in parallel with the development of the Brisbane Shoreline Resilience Plan.
Services will be delivered under a Master Services Agreement (MSA), structured with at least two task orders reflecting the distinct funding sources of each project.
