NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract STORAGE OF ARCHIVAL MICROFILM FOR RECORDER'S OFFICE 26-064-REC on or before September 3, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting Bids electronically at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

DuPage County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures. Bidders shall be responsible to confirm
receipt of its submission.

Bid openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Recorder’s Office is seeking proposals from qualified bidders for storage of
archival microfilm in a climate-controlled environment.
