Scope of Work:

Remove and replace twenty-nine (29) Variable Air Volume (VAV) terminal units. Install new heating water piping from boiler room to new VAV's. Install new controls and control valves at VAV locations and upgrade controls at AHU-1 and AHU-2. Upgrade controls for installation of new room sensors.

It is WCSD's opinion that the scope of work for this project qualifies for the following license groups: Specialty License C1 and C21 if the bidder is performing the majority of the work per NRS 338.139.

Sealed bids for the Heating and Controls Retrofit at George L. Dilworth Middle School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on August 26, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
