Owners Representative Services HVAC Upgrades at Somers Elementary School

The town of Somers, CT, on behalf of Somers Public Schools (SPS), is seeking proposals from qualified firms for professional services to serve in an Owner’s Representative capacity for the Construction Phase of upgrades to the HVAC systems at Somers Elementary School. The work shall be performed in cooperation with SPS and town staff, the town’s selected design consultant (Consulting Engineering Services, Inc.), and the Construction Manager.
