If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following project until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 2nd day of October 2025 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 1. West Lafayette Campus – Ross-Ade Stadium American Flag Installation – 2025 A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on September 9, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EDT. The meeting will be held at Ross-Ade Stadium (STDM) in the southeast corner at Gate A. Ross-Ade Stadium is located at 938 Beering Dr., West Lafayette, IN.
