Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Design-Build Post-Frame Building Description of Work: Henderson Water Utility (Owner) hereby gives notice that separate, sealed bids will be received for the design and construction of a new 60’ x 110’ x 16’ post-frame building to be located at its North Wastewater Treatment Plant, 203 Drury Lane, Henderson, KY 42420, Bid Reference 2026-02. BID OPENING: Sealed Bids will be received until 1:30 p.m., Local Time on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, in the offices of Henderson Water Utility (HWU), 111 Fifth Street, Henderson, Kentucky, 42420. After the official bid closing time, the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
