Description: Project No.  DELTA REGIONAL AUTHORITY – AL 54893, CITY OF EUFAULA, Owner Separate sealed bids for TRIBUTE HOTEL: THE FORMER HOUSE SIDEWALK PROJECT will be received by the City of Eufaula at the office of 205 E Barbour Street, Eufaula, AL 36027 until 10:00 o’clock A.M., C.S.T., Thursday, August 21, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. CST on August 11, 2025, at Eufaula City Hall.  Due to the overlapping nature of the utilities and sidewalk projects, both projects will be discussed concurrently Bidder’s attendance is not required but encouraged. Special Requirements: Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. No bidder may withdraw its bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Miscellaneous: The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
