Description: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This Contract provides for the installation of a pre-manufactured restroom building at the Freeland Park project site, including but not limited to related sitework, grading, walkways, concrete paved ADA compliant parking spaces, exterior and parking area lighting, utility connections to the building, and septic system as identified and described in the contract documents, specifications, drawings, and in accordance with applicable codes and standards, and the Standard 2025 WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction where applicable.The pre-manufactured restroom building has been procured by the County, the vendor will set precast building unit onto the site. Contractor is to prepare the site, rough-in and finish all utility connections.
