Bid Title:	Request for Proposals (RFP) for Professional Services - Kerman Public Safety Center (Addendum No. 1)

Description: The City of Kerman is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals for Professional Services to prepare architectural design, construction documents, bidding documents, and architectural project management for the Kerman Public Safety Center . All proposals will be compared on the basis of understanding the scope of work to be performed, methods and procedures to be used, cost, personnel and experience, and ability to consult and coordinate with the City of Kerman. The Proposal Packet, consisting of three (3) un-bound hard copies of the RFP Proposal and Cost Proposal, must be submitted by mail or delivery by the due date and time. The Proposal Packet shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled: “PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES – CITY OF KERMAN –KERMAN PUBLIC SAFETY CENTER. The Proposal Packet shall include your Cost Proposal in a separate sealed envelope.
