• Summary DPR is requesting proposals for on-call Landscape Architecture planning, design and related services including assessment, planning, design, preparation of planning and construction documents, and construction observation services related to park facilities. In order to qualify, proposers must be a certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) with the City & County of Denver.

The City and County of Denver Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting proposals for on-call Landscape Architecture planning, design and related services. The work will typically consist of (but is not limited to) assessment, planning, design, preparation of planning and construction documents, and construction observation services related to parks and park facilities. In order to qualify for award, proposers must be a certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) with the City and County of Denver. Proposals that meet MWBE requirements should be submitted under RFP proposal number 202581831 that was published simultaneously with this one. Proposers may NOT apply for both RFP and will be disqualified if they do so.
