Scope of Services
The School Board of Citrus County, Florida (“CCSB”) intends to establish an agreement with an experienced and qualified Contractor to provide Electrical Contractor Services district-wide on an as needed basis, and secure firm, fixed unit prices, labor rates, and percentage mark-ups for the contract period as specified.
The Scope of this solicitation requires that the awarded Respondent complete various projects commonly performed by electrical contractors including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Project work will generally consist of, but is not limited to, general maintenance, repair of existing wiring, and replacement of electrical equipment. It is anticipated that project work will significantly vary in scope and size and may be scheduled on an irregular basis. The Contractor assumes full responsibility for completion of the work stipulated for electrical services.
Awarded Contractor shall furnish all qualified labor, supervision, technical expertise, equipment, tools, trade accessories, fuel, transportation, materials, etc. necessary to perform electrical installation and repair services as assigned under this contract at buildings and facilities within Citrus County as required by the CCSB.
