Project Description: The Project includes work related to.....The contract being offered is for the period of ten (10) months, commencing on 9/1/26 to 6/30/27 with two (2) additional twelve (12) month option terms at the sole discretion of the Awarding Authority. The contract value is Not To Exceed $100,000.00 for term one. All contracts must be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of this Invitation For Bid and MGL Ch. 149.
