Description:

The Liberty County School System is requesting qualifications for a school based youth mental health therapist. Details are enclosed in the RFQ document below. Copies of RFQ can be printed from our website at www.liberty.k12.ga.us. Sealed Qualifications must be delivered to the address below before 12:00 PM on May 4, 2026:

Qualifications received after this date/time will not be accepted. No qualifications shall be received at any other time or location unless mailed or delivered to Student Services at the Liberty County Board of Education. Qualifications must be submitted on the standard forms included within the specifications and as required by the specifications. Qualifications must be typed or clearly printed in ink and signed.

Qualifications must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the company/firm and the title of the bid on the outside of the envelope. Please do not submit binders, folders or advertising materials. No company/firm shall modify, withdraw, or cancel its qualifications or any part thereof for sixty (60) days after the time designated for the receipt of qualifications in the advertisement or Request for Qualifications. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
