Los Angeles County Advancing Resilience, Inclusion, Support, and Equity (ARISE) Community Grant Program

CalMHSA is seeking Los Angeles Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to provide community-based services designed to deliver culturally responsive prevention and early intervention services to historically underserved and unserved communities, with a primary focus on BIPOC youth, LGBTQIA+ communities, immigrant families, and individuals with lived experience of trauma.

All proposals must be submitted to the CalMHSA e-procurement portal located here: CalMHSA Bonfire Hub . Applications due by 5:00 PM PST on September 5th, 2025.
