Description: Estimated Project Cost: $225,000 - $275,000 Contract Working Days: 30 This project consists of pressure washing and painting the City of Moses Lake Reservoir #5 located at 1701 Nelson Road with an approved epoxy paint system. A magnetically attached telemetry antenna will be temporarily relocated on the roof and will remain in service throughout the project.  The unused communication conduits located on the South face of the reservoir shall be removed.  A new 40-foot diameter latex printed City Logo will also be installed.  The Contractor will be responsible for all overspray claims.   The reservoir is approximately 153 ft. tall and has a diameter of approximately 46 ft.   Contractors interested in submitting a bid are encouraged to schedule an on-site meeting with the project Engineer to better understand the scope of work.
