The Rural Alaska Community Action Program (RurAL CAP) is soliciting proposals from qualified residentially endorsed general contractors to provide services to build a home and train 3 local people in one of the following 4 villages next year: Scammon Bay, Toksook Bay, Stebbins and St Michaels. More details are found in the scope of work.
