Notes	YOU MUST BE REGISTERED IN NGEM TO VIEW THIS SOLICITATION. PWP-CL-2026-102 SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY: This project is located at 1800 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. The work will take place within the 7 Story Tower and Trauma Building of University Medical Center of Southern Nevada. As a part of the scope of the project, the existing traction elevators will be completely replaced and/or refurbished to meet current safety standards, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience. This project is anticipated to include demolition. For full details, see the Instructions with Exhibit A (Scope of Work) via the Attachments tab. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. , beginning at the entrance to the building located at 1800 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102 . Bid documents, specifications and drawings will be available on the NGEM System starting on Monday, October 27, 2025. All questions/requests for clarification related to this Bid must be received in the NGEM system no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10, 2025. OWNER aims to issue any necessary Addenda by close of business Friday, November 14, 2025. However, OWNER reserves the right to issue Addenda after said date. Responses will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website at www.ngemnv.com on or before Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 11:00:00 a .m., based on the time clock on the NGEM website. Written certification is a required part of the contract pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 332.065 TITLE VI SOLICITATION NOTICE: UMC, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, [select disadvantaged business enterprises or airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises] will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
