Description: The City of Kingsland is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to rehabilitate four (4) sanitary sewer manholes using the SpectraShield® system, OBIC lining system, or another City-approved manhole rehabilitation system. Contractors proposing an alternate rehabilitation system shall submit product information to the Public Works Department no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the proposal opening for review and approval.
