The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed quotes from qualified contractors to perform construction services adjacent to the outside edge of County road surfaces to eliminate shoulder drop off. The County estimates installing approximately 2,000 tons of Asphalt Millings or Grindings to various locations countywide.
