Event Description

highly reliable Wide Area Network (WAN) solution utilizing MPLS Layer-3 VPN technology. This network will connect the core site at Camp Rapid and 34 remote SDARNG locations with Fast Ethernet services, prioritizing performance and redundancy. The solution must include dedicated, real-time queues configurable in 1Mbps increments, robust Quality of Service (QoS) management based on specified markings, and a stringent Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteeing 99.999% uptime, specific bandwidth commitments, and low latency/packet loss/jitter metrics. 24/7/365 monitoring, technical support, and next-business-day on-site support are also required.

Proposals shall conform to all instructions, conditions, and requirements included in the Request for Proposal. Prospective vendors are expected to carefully examine all documentation contained in this RFP and be willing to accept each requirement term and condition.

Offerors may email inquiries concerning this RFP to obtain clarification of requirements. No inquiries will be accepted after the date and time indicated in the Schedule of Activities. The State Department of the Military, SFC Aaron Sterud, will respond to offeror’s inquiries (if required) via e-mail. In addition, all inquiries and the State’s response will be posted on the state’s e-procurement system. Offerors may not rely on any other statements, either of a written or oral nature, that alter any specification or other term or condition of this RFP. Offerors will be notified in the same manner as indicated above regarding any modifications to this RFP.
