Project Description: Henry County Schools is requesting competitive proposals from qualified and experienced offerors to provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools and equipment necessary to provide a turn-key finished product that includes all stages and structures, sound system, video walls, soft-goods/skirts/scrim, lighting, electrical power, and live-streaming services. Offeror should have a rigging load certified technician on-site during all stages, truss, fly, and operation of equipment. All work shall be performed in accordance with recognized industry standards. This is a Best Value Approach (BVA) Request for Proposals, a unique procurement method.
