Participation in this solicitation is limited to prequalified contractors only. Do NOT submit if you are not on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list for all Treatment Types
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Cut and Pile Services of 241 Acres along with 37 Acres of Lop and Scatter Services in Iron County. (Must be on Pre- Qualified list for both treatment types)
Mandatory Site Visit: NO.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest cost per acre
Project Performance Time: October 15, 2026 through March 15, 2027
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
