Summary

Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), the City of Milpitas (City) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to seal and paint the entire exterior of the Milpitas Sports Center Building, as well as complete storefront aesthetics improvements such as retaining walls and building signage. Contractor shall also paint the Reservoir Water Tower located behind the Milpitas Sports Center. See Scope of Work and additional IFB information and attachments for further details.

Minimum Qualifications Valid Class B General Contractor License.

All work for this project shall be completed within 180 days of the contract begin date.
