Proposals to be submitted on the above-specified date atPurchasing shall conform to the revisions and clarifications as listed herein.ITEM # 1 QUESTIONS/ANSWERSQ1. Part V of the RFP's evaluation form asks for a description of "processes for conducting critical assetsinventory, exposure analysis, and sensitivity analysis." Should this be interpreted in terms of the "inventory"of water quality monitoring stations and "sensitivity" of trend results to data gaps, sources of uncertainty, and methodological choices? The traditional meaning of these terms (e.g., infrastructure assets' exposure tosea level rise) does not seem applicable to this project scope.Likewise, should the terms "Vulnerability Assessment" and "Adaptation Action Areas," which traditionallyrefer to infrastructure vulnerability and adaptation, be interpreted in a project management context--i.e.,assessing risk of not meeting deadlines for deliverables and review/revision of deliverables before they arefinalized?A1. Attached, please find revised pages 13-14.This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original proposal documents of RFP No.20260257. Firms are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their proposal forms.Kimberly Corbett, C.P.M., CPPBSenior Division Manager - PurchasingKC/atcc: ClerkFileEVALUATION FORMCONSULTANT EVALUATION FORMCHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDARFP# 20260257, WATER QUALITY TREND ASSESSMENT AND DASHBOARD TOOL DEVELOPMENTEvaluation CriteriaI.
