Scope of Services
The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids for the purchase of base material, fill dirt, sand-clay, lime rock and/or shell rock, for the Putnam County Public Works Department and the Putnam County Sanitation Department.
Lime Rock, Sand-Clay, and Shell Rock must meet specifications as outlined in the Technical Specifications and Section 911 of the Latest Edition of the Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specification Book for Road & Bridge Construction. Material should not be ‘wet’ and should be stored with like quality FDOT certified stockpile.
Material Cost bid will be per ton – do not include delivery cost in this price

Delivery cost will be per ton – do not include material cost in this price
Delivery includes delivery of materials to worksites throughout Putnam County. County pick up of material includes materials supplied and loaded by supplier at supplier’s material borrow pit location.
