Category: Construction Status: Open Description: The City of Clemson is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Tottie’s Place Upgrade project. The proposed scope of work includes: installation of a 25’x15’ concrete picnic pad with a 10’x10’ metal roofed hip structure; 1,000 LF of 8’ wide concrete multi-use path; and 1,000 SF asphalt parking with striping.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 4, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST. The site visit will be at the Ashley Dearing Park Shelter, located at 1020 Berkeley Drive, Clemson, SC 29631.
Bids will be received until June 18, 2026, 2:00 p.m. EST and promptly thereafter all bids that have been duly received will be opened and read aloud. The deadline for questions is June 11, 2026, 2:00 p.m. EST.

The City is not obligated to make any changes to the publishedsolicitation based on an inquiry from a vendor.
