The Ernest N. Morial New Orleans Exhibition Hall Authority (“the Authority”) is a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana which owns the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is issuing a Request for Quotes ("RFQ") for C-2085 Provide Civil Engineering Services for Parking Lot F as described in the bid documents and related exhibits. Response to this RFQ does not guarantee a contract.
