Pre-Bid Meeting Info:	There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting held at the District’s Office on February 18th, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. (CST). Attendees will need to arrive five minutes prior to the meeting to check-in. Attendance to the pre-bid meeting is mandatory and is required to submit a proposal; proposals received from non-attendees to the pre-bid meeting will not be accepted.
