Project Description: Transit Authority of River City intends to establish a sole source procurement awarding a term of 6-months up to 24-months with Cummins to provide two new OEM filters.
TARC reserves the right to proceed with its current vendor if it is determined that no other entity has the capability, willing and able to support and meet the agency's requirements.
