30809 no-later-than DUE DATE March 31, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M.
Any bid received later than the specified date and time, whether delivered in person or
mailed, may be disqualified.
The CCSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid deemed most
advantageous to the Columbia County School District and to waive any informalities in bidding.

1)Do you have a CAD file or rendering of the rooms with the dimensions? Included
2) Is the equipment listed for each school or is the total on the equipment both schools (for example 5 racks will
go to Evans and 5 to Lakeside?) or 10 benches for each school or is it 20 per school? For example, item #3
quantity 20 landmine is for one school. Please provide the price for one set of quantity 20 landmine. The
description of quantity 20 landmine is for one school. Installation total is two schools.
3) will both schools be ready for install at the same time or do they have different time frames? As early in the
summer as possible
4) can I submit more than 1 Proposal? yes
5) Can I deliver quotes in person? yes
6) can you provide school logos for customization? Logos can be found on school websites and some have
been included.

1. When can customer receive? (you do not want equipment showing up before school can receive
or before room is done) We do not want the equipment being delivered with no one to unload,
place in designated locations and assemble. The equipment is to be set up in the room. As
early in the summer as possible

4. Is room close to a parking lot? Yes
5. Are there any stairs leading to room indoor or outdoor? No. There is a curb.
If room is not ground level is there an elevator? What is the size/ weight limit? Yes, it is ground level.

2. Due to our many variations and options for product, are we able to submit multiple bid options to showcase
the variety of range and options for product? Yes, just make sure the item # the options reference are clearly
labeled.
3. Is there a layout that this request is based on that can be provided to assist with quoting the appropriate
racks and storage units? Room is 64x64 square will have 5 double racks down one side 5 double racks
down the other
4. Is there an estimated date/timeline for the installs? As early in the summer as possible
5. Specifications for type of Dumbbell requested? No. Have got some for hex or just round. Whichever is
cost effective
6. Are you looking for any attachments for the bridge rack connectors or just the holes for future options for
attachments? Holes for future options
7. Do you have a description of preferred color schemes and logos to be used on product? Logos for the first
