Description: INVITATION TO BIDDERS IFB# DWSP 2025-15 Pursuant to Chapter 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, sealed bids for BRASS FITTINGS, shall be RECEIVED ELECTRONICALLY and recorded immediately via the Public Purchase System until 10:00 a.m. (Hawaii Standard Time) on: January 28, 2025 Bids shall be submitted via the Public Purchase System, otherwise the bids shall not be opened or considered.  Bids received after the time fixed for opening will also not be considered. Bid documents will not be available at the Purchase Division offices.
