The purpose of this RFQ is to establish prequalified contractors who have the past experience and knowledge needed to provide a quality product for the City of Fort Wayne all in accordance with the RFQ as prepared by City Utilities Engineering. Each RFQ Submittal shall be complete as prescribed in the Application’s instructions.
