Description

This requirement is for non-personal services to provide a single, senior-level SME to the Security Force Assistance and Stability Integration Directorate (SFASID). The SME will support the modernization of stabilization efforts and the integration of the Global Fragility Act (GFA) across doctrine, planning, training, and interagency coordination.
