Description: DOWNLOAD FULL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL HERE The City of Buffalo Mayor’s Office of Strategic Planning (OSP) is seeking proposals from qualified community organizations or firms to provide Program Design Delivery and Implementation Services in conjunction with a grant award through OSP. The intention of the grant program will be to assist businesses impacted by vandalism and lingering impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic with cosmetic repairs and operational costs. The deadline to submit proposals is Monday, February 10, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Proposals received after this date and time shall not be considered. Proposals must be addressed to the following address.
