Project Description: TARC has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP), to obtain proposals from qualified proposers to provide TARC Armored Car Service. TARC intends to award a single vendor contract that demonstrates the best value for a fixed-firm contract with an initial term of two (2) years and an optional term of three (3) one-year terms that includes the pick-up, counting, packaging, transporting, and unloading of bank deposits. All proposals must be submitted on time according to Section 1.3 of the Schedule.
