CALL FOR BIDSSealed bids delivered prior to April 13, 2026, will be received by the Spokane Airport Boardat the Spokane International Airport Administrative Offices, 9000 West Airport Drive, Suite 204,Spokane, Washington 99224. This is located on the second floor of the Airport Terminal (abovethe Southwest ticket counter area). Sealed bids delivered on April 13, 2026, will be receivedby the Spokane Airport Board at the Spokane International Airport Event Center, 9211 W.McFarlane Road, Spokane, Washington 99224, no later than 30 minutes prior to the timelisted in the Bid Schedule below for:NEW ADMINISTRATION BUILDING BP-31 FFEATSPOKANE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTSIA PROJECT NO. 22-42-1764It shall be the duty of each Bidder to submit his/her bid on or before April 13, 2026, and the hourspecified below. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately per the bid schedule at theSpokane International Airport Event Center (located at 9211 W. McFarlane Road). Sealedbids will not be accepted via electronic submission. Any bids received after the noted date andtimes in the bid schedule cannot and will not be considered. The Bid Schedule is as follows:BP # DescriptionBP-31 FFEBid Time11:00 AMKey Dates:1. Bid Solicitation: 3/23/26 & 3/27/262. Pre-Bid Conference: 3/31/26 at 2:00PM3. Bid Questions Due: 4/2/264. Addendums Issued by: 4/8/265. Public Bid Opening: 4/13/26 at 11:00AM6. Award by:4/20/26A Pre-Bid Conference, followed by a site walk, will be held at the Spokane InternationalAirport Event Center (located at 9211 W. McFarlane Road) on March 31, at 2:00 PM. ThePre-Bid Conference will be hosted as in person only. It is MANDATORY for bidders to be inattendance in person. Any bid submitted by a firm which did not attend this Pre-Bid Conferencewill be rejected.The general nature of the Work is as follows:Provide and install all Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment defined in the Bid documents for new48,639 square foot administration office building. Level one is 31,045 square feet andconsists of the following: parking garage; pre-engineered metal building for additionalcovered parking; board room and community space; mechanical and electrical rooms andrestrooms. Level two is 17,594 square feet for offices, restrooms, wellness space and breakrooms.00 11 16 - 1Contract Documents will be made available on March 23, 2026 at the following locations:www.siaplanroom.com (SIA Plan Room at Abadan Plan Center) and https://plancenter.net/(Spokane Regional Plan Center). Documents can be viewed and/or purchased online. ThePlanholders List is also available on this website. All addenda will be issued through the plancenters. Bidders can register online to be placed on the Planholders List and to receiveautomatic e-mail notification of addenda. Abadan Reprographics & Imaging, 603 East SecondAvenue, Spokane, WA 99202 (Phone: 509-747-2964) should be contacted with website andplan ordering questions. Questions during the bid period will be received up to April 2, 2026, 5:00pm. Questions shall be emailed to Bouten Construction Company, Jeff Erlenmeyerjeffreye@boutenconstruction.com.A subcontract according to the Bid Package documents, including General Conditions,Supplementary Conditions, and Addenda (if applicable), shall be signed prior to workcommencing. Each bid over $300,000 must be accompanied by a cashier’s check or surety bidbond, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid for each bid schedules(including sales tax). All subcontractors shall provide separate payment and performance bondsby a qualified surety company acceptable to the GC/CM, each for 100% of the contract sumincluding all change orders and alternates, when the bid amount is equal to or greater than$300,000. The cost of the payment and performance bonds must be included in their bidamount. If the subcontractor is unable to supply separate payment and performance bonds, theGC/CM may reject their bid and elect to use the next responsible bidder. Liability insurance inaccordance with the Bid Package documents will be required for the subcontract. This is aprevailing wage project per applicable State Law.The Spokane Airport Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality,to accept any alternate bids, and to make such award that it deems to be in the best interest ofthe Airport pursuant to the terms of the Bid Package documents, including Instruction to Biddersand General Conditions. The subcontract will be awarded to the lowest responsive andresponsible bidder.
