	Project Description		One-Two Sentences Project Description: This project includes the design and repairs to the roof at the College of Veterinary Medicine's (CVM) Main Building, located on West Campus. The project will be similar to recently completed repairs of the roof at the CVM Main Building (Phases 1 and 2). This project will include a new roof drain and expansion joint reconstruction. The CVM Main Building was completed in 1983 and located at NC States's Centennial Biomedical Campus (CBC). Project Budget & Design Scope: The budget of $1,000,000 incorporates design and construction.
