Description: Request for Proposals LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT – BURNS DRIVE CITY OF GAINESVILLE, GEORGIA The City of Gainesville is requesting proposals for the Lift Station Improvements Project – Burns Drive.  The work consists of the demolition and replacement of the existing Burns Drive Lift Station located at 1535 Burns Drive, NE, Gainesville, GA 30504.  The work will include demolition of concrete, asphalt, and an underground pump room.   The work will also include concrete work, DIP piping, storm drain, carpentry work, electrical work, installation of Homa pumps, check valves, concrete vaults, and long-term by-pass pumping of active sewage while the existing Burns Drive lift station is being replaced.  Beginning on Monday, February 23, 2026, a copy of the request for proposal can be obtained, via email, from the project manager at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address..  A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 2:00 pm at the Department of Water Resources Administration Building, 757 Queen City Parkway, Gainesville, GA 30501.  Proposals will be received at the Department of Water Resources Administration Building, Engineering and Construction Services Division, Attn: Barclay Fouts, 1 st Floor, 757 Queen City Parkway, Gainesville, GA 30501 until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, March 19, 2026. The City of Gainesville is requesting proposals for the Lift Station Improvements Project – Burns
